The product links you receive in your design deliverables are guaranteed to work at the time of receiving. We can not guarantee those materials will be available or the links will work at a later date.
Our drawings are based off measurements provided by the client. We are not on site to confirm those measurements. It is the Homeowners responsibility to confirm all design measurements with your contractor.
It is your responsibility to work with your contractor to make sure drawings and renderings are properly vetted by the contractor and respective suppliers e.g. cabinet supplier/trim carpenter. Field modifications that deviate from designer drawings are common.
You will receive final design deliverables with plans, selections and a specification sheet. This will include model numbers and website links (if applicable). It is the homeowner’s responsibility to order or pass along information to your contractor.
If you desire any extra work during the process or after you receive the final deliverables, we are happy to accommodate. This will be done as a separate quote.
Payment is due in full prior to the first design meeting. There will be no refunds. You will receive design deliverables and the payment is for services provided by our design team.
